"Customer service took too long to get back to me"
I reached out to customer service expecting a quicker response, but it took a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, the help wasn’t really that useful either. I feel like the support should be a lot faster and more helpful.

The return process ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. It just took too long to get processed, i think customers deserve a smoother and more considerate experience when something doesn’t work out.

I haven’t been able to access my rewards anymore, and it’s frustrating. If a company offers rewards to customers, the decent thing is to make sure people can actually use them without running into constant issues.

It looked totally fine when I first got it, so I figured it would hold up. But the seams started coming loose quickly, and now I feel stupid for trusting it would last. Definitely not what I expected.

I ended up ordering from expressfactoryoutlet.com mostly because the sale prices looked decent. A few things had better discounts than I was expecting, so that made the whole order feel more worth it. Not every deal was anything crazy, but I did find some nice stuff here and there. Shipping was fine too, nothing really to complain about. I’d give it 4 stars since the prices were the main thing that made me buy.
"Fabric feel cheap"
I was a bit let down by this. The fabric feel thin and kind of rough, not really what I was expecting. After I wash it once, it looked even worse and wasn’t comfortable to wear. Disappointed with the quality overall.

"They never have my size"
I’ve tried shopping here a few times, but every time I check, the size I actually need is already sold out. This is where it got annoying — there are usually only super tiny sizes or random leftovers available. After a while, it just feels kind of pointless to keep looking.

I ordered around my usual size, but the fit just didn’t feel right on me. It was kind of tight in a few areas and a little loose in others, so it seemed like the sizing was off by maybe a size or so. The shirt looked fine overall, but I ended up returning it, which was a bit annoying.

"Clear return policy, better than most"
I always check the return policy before ordering, and this one was easy to follow. Compared to some other stores where you have to dig through pages of fine print, this was a lot more straightforward. My only small complaint is that the timing details could’ve been a little more obvious upfront...
"Payment was acting weird"
I tried to place the order a couple of times, but the payment just kept failing for some reason. My card still seemed to get charged, though, so it was kind of frustrating and confusing.

"Customer service just left me confused"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but I somehow ended up getting passed around and still didn’t get a clear answer. The response I got didn’t really address what I asked, and it felt like they maybe didn’t even read my message. I’m still not sure what’s going on with my order, so the whole thing was just confusing and frustrating.

"Styles felt limited"
I was expecting a lot more variety, but after browsing for a bit, it all started to feel like the same few pieces repeated in slightly different colors. Lots of basics, lots of office-y stuff, and not much that felt fresh, trendy, or even just a little fun. Like, I get having simple staples, but does everything have to look like it belongs in a Monday morning meeting?
I did end up finding a couple of tops that were decent, so it wasn’t a total bust. But overall, the style selection just didn’t really feel like me. If you’re into simple work clothes, you might be fine, but I was hoping for more personality and way more options.

I ordered a few tops because they looked cute online, but once they arrived, I was let down. The fabric felt really thin and kind of cheap, and one of the shirts already had loose threads before I even wore it.
I washed one of them once, following the care instructions, and it came out looking misshapen with the color already a bit faded. I didn’t expect them to be amazing, but I’ve bought cheaper tops that held up way better. I personally wouldn’t order again.

I grabbed a coupon code from expressfactoryoutlet.com and just had a feeling it might work, so I tried it at checkout. It went through on the first try with no weird extra steps or expired-code nonsense. Saved a little money, which is always nice, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a couple of things and they actually showed up faster than I expected. The tracking worked fine, which was nice. It might’ve taken one extra day, which feels like an avoidable delay, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.

"Box showed up completely crushed"
My order arrived in a box that was pretty much smashed, with barely any tape keeping it together. The clothes looked like they’d just been shoved in, and the bag inside was ripped too. I don’t know what happened in packing or shipping, but it really didn’t feel like anyone was being very careful with it. Not the best first order, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Delivery was really unreliable"
I ordered from expressfactoryoutlet.com and the whole delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself without really knowing where the package was, if that makes sense. It ended up arriving way later than the estimate, and customer service wasn’t much help either — they basically just told me to wait. I don’t think I’d order again unless they sort out their shipping.

"Stock info let me down"
I ordered a few items that the site clearly showed as in stock, and then later I got an email saying they weren’t actually available. That’s frustrating, because I spent my time shopping and waiting around for nothing. this feels like something the store should have handled better, if you don’t really have the items, don’t let me buy them in the first place.
